Tegalalang is a village located in the Gianyar regency of Bali, Indonesia. It is known for its picturesque rice terraces that are a popular spot for tourists to visit. The terraces are beautifully designed and are fed by an ancient irrigation system called subak, which is still in use today. The village is also known for its traditional dances, ceremonies and handicrafts, such as painting and wood carving. Tegalalang is a popular spot for parasailing, ATV and cycling. Visitors can also take a stroll along the many cafes and restaurants that line the streets and enjoy the views of the rice terraces.
